2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia – Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
3. Przed podpisaniem umowy Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do dostarczenia wszystkich dokumentów wymienionych w OPZ, potwierdzonych za zgodność z oryginałem-załącznik
nr 1 do SWZ .
